For those pirates who have not yet purchased PyrateCon 2008 tickets...

PyrateCon 2008 Pre-Ticket sale prices are almost closed....As of April 1st 2008, the pre-sales period will be over and all further tickets must be purchased at the event Hotel (Holiday Inn Express).

That means from now until April 1st the price for the all access weekend event pass ticket is $85 ... but thats only if you buy your tickets online before April 1st ...

After April 1st the ticket prices goes up $45 for Friday and Saturday and $25 for Sunday. The price for the weekend event pass is $100 at the door.

***(Single day passes are only available the day of the event at the door, and are subject to availability or until 12:00 p.m. each day.)

So as you can see purchasing your PyrateCon 2008 event pass tickets online as soon as possible is much less expensive waiting until the last minute and buying tickets at the door.

If you go to the website www.pyratecon.com and click on get tickets you will see all the prices and a note that says: I just learned of that myself.

I would suggest taking a look at it at the website at www.pyratecon.com and click on GET Tickets..

This is pretty standard for big events but I thought everyone should know and not be surprised.
