Summer went by far too fast. I've lost one friend, a friend I really wouldn't have considered close except for the fact I think I was her only friend once she moved here to IL. I feel more relief at not having her hanging around all the time. I honestly felt like I was responsible to entertain her.
Long story short. She moved her horse here, kept it at my barn when my horse is, no charge - just had to buy her own feed and clean my horse's stall. Not a shabby deal really. She wasn't caring properly for him - he had an injury that required attention. I finally had to force her to do something about it. She did move the horse, but to a public facility where they will either end up owning the horse or at least get it the treatment it needs and force her to pay for it.
Spent every weekend up at the Bristol Ren Faire. Attended Dragon*Con - highlight of course was the Pirate Gathering.
School is back in session. Hard to believe we are almost through 1 quarter! Where does the time go?
