Did my third test run today.I did the same distance, but jogged 4 times instead of the twice.So I was actually pretty disappointed of myself.It ended up taking 20 minutes, which still isn’t great, but it’s so much worse than I did before.I’m hoping that by the time the 5k rolls around, I’ll at least be able to finish in under a half hour.Tomorrow is a rest day, which will be nice.But I don’t think I can actually rest on my rest days.I noticed that my legs were so stiff.Even on my rest days, I have to walk or do something.
I haven’t been focusing too much on the food.‘Cause hot wings and beer is tasty.But I know I have to buckle down on that.I guess I’ll re-read the “Clean Food Diet” by Tocca Reno.It’s one of those books that really don’t tell you anything you didn’t know, but spells it out so it’s easier to reference later on.
My sister is in town.We can start planning the Vegas trip that were going to take next year.I am totally stoked about that.I want to see some shows, do some shopping, and go to at least one day spa.Someone at work suggested the Wax Museum and a couple of Art Museums that I’m pretty excited about.
